The medical aesthetician applies an ultrasound gel to the target areas and glides the Forma head in small, intense movements over those areas until the proper temperature is reached. During the treatment, there is no pain. We can relax and feel just a warm heat, as the treatment head moves all over the treated area. Just like having a hot stone massage. Forma treatments can also be combined with additional therapies. There is no downtime. Right after the treatment, the skin may be slightly flushed in the treated area that goes away within a few hours, and we can return to our everyday activities immediately after the session.
